Kate Moss for Topshop: New Collection
March 31, 2009
Great news again!
After nine seasons working together Kate Moss and Topshop have hit upon a winning fashion recipe. Take a large dollop of skinny jeans and flirty dresses, add some leather and suede for rock-chic bite, sprinkle on some Gallic striped knitwear and bake in the summer sun. This season though, the recipe has a few extra ingredients.

“I love wearing prints, particularly in summer and they’ve proved a real hit in my past collections,” Moss explained. “Whilst researching the spring range we looked at loads of old prints and most of my favourites originated from the Liberty archive.“
“Collaborating with the print studio was an amazing experience,” Moss revealed. “The team are so knowledgeable and were very open to my ideas. The capsule range features original colour combinations exclusive to my spring collection.“
The spring/summer 2009 offering will also feature Moss’ first underwear outing with bras and pants in black lace and cotton florals.
Let’s have a look at this:
Sass & Bide vs Forever21
March 28, 2009
I love leggings: you can wear it with skirt, with oversized tee, with dress, with anything you want! The only problem is to find a good one! This spring-summer season animal prints are everywhere, especially on dresses and leggings. Saas & Bide zebra rats leggings are really cute for summer date or party, but I wouldn’t spend $220 for them:

I would rather spend $10.80 at Forever21 on similar one:

I would suggest you not worse, but cheaper alternative dress!
Matthew Williamson vs Emilio Pucci vs Matthew Williamson for H&M vs Vero Moda
March 23, 2009
Continue with my previous post talented designer Matthew Williamson, let’s talk about his dresses. This spring-summer time he managed to launch spring RTW 2009 Matthew Williamson collection, spring RTW 2009 for Emilio Pucci (he’s a creative director) and finally collection for H&M! Every his collection is full of bright suits and mini dresses. What I want to highlight here is a special style dress with elbow sleeves and mini length. Examples from his spring RTW 2009 collection:

For example, white rococo beaded dress is available at Net-a-Porter for $2200 with a belt whose price is $995!!!
For Emilio Pucci Matthew Williamson also created similar style dresses:

From the left printed mini dress is also available at Net-e-Porter for $1495!
I would suggest to find some similar dresses, but for a less money!

Well, Matthew Williamson is a great colourist. I love how he plays with colours and drawings. His dresses are so sexy and feminine and so expensive…
His spring Ready-to-Wear 2009 collection is very popular, celebrities often choose his clothes to shine on some event. However, we’re luck as well! He contributes to H&M and creates a collection for it available at shops in this April! So from the left to right: Spring RTW 2009 Matthew Williamson collection, Heidi Klum at Project Runway Fall 2009 show and Matthew Williamson for H&M:
